5. Pricing and Payment

Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, package size, and service type. You agree to:

• Pay all charges associated with your deliveries

• Accept price changes with reasonable notice

6. Liability and Insurance

• Basic insurance is included with all deliveries

• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Our liability is limited to the declared value of the package

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation within 5 minutes of booking
• Partial refund if cancelled before pickup
• No refund after pickup has been completed
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

8. Limitation of Liability

Parceln.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific delivery in question.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
